  • PO Box 10474 Tallahassee, Florida 32302 (map)

Join us for the next CLE in the ongoing State and Federal Government Administrative Practice (“SFGAP”) CLE series for administrative practitioners and those seeking SFGAP accreditation with The Florida Bar. If you have any issues getting signed up for any of these CLEs, please contact Megan Silver directly at MeganSSilver@gmail.com for assistance.

This CLE is co-sponsored by the Administrative Law Section and will be presented by former SFGAP committee member Thomas Delegal with a panel discussion by recent SFGAP exam-takers Angela Morrison, Gregg Morton, and Codey Leigh.

This informative CLE will provide study tips and general information about the SFGAP board certification exam. Whether you are contemplating certification or you’ve already applied to take the May 2021 exam, our knowledgeable presenter and panelists will provide essential guidance about the board certification process and explain what it’s really like to take the SFGAP exam.

Attendance at the live Zoom event is FREE for members of FGBA and the Administrative Law Section. You must register for this CLE to receive a link to the live Zoom event. The registration link will be provided to all FGBA & Administrative Law Section members by email.

This course is intended to provide a comprehensive review of the subject matter, and it may help candidates prepare for a certification examination. Those who have developed the program have no information regarding the examination content other than the information contained in the examination specifications that are also provided to each examinee. Candidates for certification who take this course should not assume that the course material will cover all topics on the examination or that the examination will cover all topics in the course material.
