Topics will include ethical considerations in Florida; bar rules; Chapter 120, Florida Statutes; anecdotes; case law and a thrilling Question and Answer period. Elizabeth "Buff" Miller is an Assistant Attorney General in the Ethics Bureau for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). She prosecutes public officials and public employees who violate the Florida Code of Ethics, located in Chapter 112, Florida Statutes, presents cases before the Florida Commission on Ethics, and provides ethics training to OAG employees. Melody A. Hadley is also an Assistant Attorney General in the Ethics Bureau for the OAG. She represents the Commission on Ethics in administrative law and enforcement proceedings and publishes ethics opinions. Join us on Wednesday, May 22nd at noon
