Who you reach
Our members practice in and around Florida state government. They work at the Department of Legal Affairs, the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Department of Management Services, the Public Service Commission, DBPR, DCF, and dozens of other agencies, alongside private practitioners whose work brings them before those same agencies.
They gather monthly for CLE, twice a year for signature events, and throughout the year for happy hours, charity drives, and the Bench & Bar Holiday Party.
Government attorneys retain court reporters, engage outside counsel, refer matters, and move between public service and private practice across long careers. The senior agency lawyer in our room this year is a firm's lateral hire the next.
A sponsorship reaches that audience repeatedly, in a professional setting, with the association's endorsement behind it. That is a different thing from an ad.
Annual Partnership Levels
Partnerships run July 1 through June 30, matching our Executive Council term. Sponsorships beginning mid-year are prorated. See the table below for a comparison of all five levels.

Who are your members?
Attorneys practicing in Florida state and local government, plus private practitioners whose work brings them before state agencies. Most are based in Tallahassee, with growing statewide participation through virtual CLE.
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
The FGBA is a nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions, though sponsorship payments may qualify as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Please consult your tax advisor.
When does the sponsorship year run?
July 1 through June 30, matching the term of our Executive Council. Sponsorships that begin mid-year are prorated.
Can we sponsor in kind rather than in cash?
Yes. Venue space, catering, printing, photography, and door prizes all count.

How do we pay?
By card through our online store, or by check to FGBA, PO Box 10474, Tallahassee, FL 32302. Tell us which you prefer and we will send an invoice.
